Background

Kenmore is a co-investing, trading and development property group active in UK, Europe and Middle East. They wished to launch their Bristol office in style and fun with a summer party celebrating with 200 of their business associates.


Solution

Revelation were delighted to be appointed as the event management and production company for the party working closely with Kenmore. Our team set about coming up with unique ideas for the event.

Revelation planned an array of entertainment that would work well with the venue and the clients vision. The entertainment had a Brazilian flavour starting with guests being greeted at the entrance with Brazilian stilt walkers and a fire breather.

Inside an uplifting Samba band played whilst Salsa dancers performed to the guests, after which the crowd were wowed with fantastic Capoeria dancers (you may know them from the famous BBC idents).

The evening was played out by the DJ.

The setting was a central contemporary riverside venue, whose balconies where perfect to take advantage of the beautiful summer weather.

Revelation sourced and managed the venue, which is normally used as a restaurant, so we had to clear the furniture and store, plus provide temporary changing rooms for the entertainers, which by the way was the same tour bus used later that evening for Snow Patrol!

The venue was dressed with red hot floral decorations, and red accessorises, added to with real flame torches being lit inside and out to add to the ambience. The walls where uplit with the latest in lighting, LED blocks, of course in red, adding a dramatic effect.

A photographer was on site to capture all the fun. Additional services provided where the on site support team, including ‘model’ hosts to meet and greet guests, badging, Kenmore branding including a large window transfer. Each guest also got to take home their very own personalised copy of the Kenmore magazine.


Results

The guests loved the party, enjoyed the catering and were very impressed with the entertainment.

In the post event evaluation the client was extremely positive in regards to the service Revelation provided. When asked about their performance they added “I felt very confident [in the team] and I wouldn't hesitate to use Revelation again in the future.”
