Background

Revelation & Imago have been event partners since 2002, working together on various projects. Imago's expertise lies in the ‘provision of outstanding events, publishing and research which brings technology solutions to the market in an understandable format' and as Revelation's expertise lies in creating  amazing events, the relationship works extremely well.

IP09, now apart of the IP Expo (an amalgamation of four distinct exhibitions that cover various technologies used throughout enterprise) is held at Earls Court, London and attracts more than 7000 visitors over its two day duration. Having worked on the event for many years this is the largest it has been.


Solution

The Revelation team worked alongside organisers Imago to successfully produce ten seminar theatres holding 120 people, as well as two workshops and one keynote theatre with a capacity of 400 people.

With the event also running a full programme of seminars, it was important that everything ran to time and seamlessly. As the event was busy, Revelation provided overflow areas where delegates could still view the presentations being shown. This was achieved by erecting screens outside of the rooms which mirrored the presentation being shown in the seminar room itself.

Revelation provided Imago with technical support pre event by advising Imago as to what equipment they should display and also onsite, when technicians were present in each area to facilitate the presentations. As Revelation's technical knowledge is second to none this is an invaluable service to clients.


Results
