Supply Management Awards Ceremony, Redactive Media


Background

The Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) and its fortnightly magazine, Supply Management, jointly run the CIPS Supply Awards in conjunction with Redactive Media. Over the years the awards have grown steadily in popularity and are now the must attend event in the purchasing and supply management profession’s calendar.

For the fourth year running Revelation were appointed event production company for the awards which celebrate and reward excellence in the field of purchasing and supply management.

This year it was held at the Hilton Park Lane, London.


Solution

As Production Company, Revelation’s role was to make sure that each element of the event was seamless. They were responsible for designing and managing the set and stage as well as producing all the media content used on the night.

The Revelation team provided technical support and ensured that the event communicated the CIPS Supply Management brand values and images. The event featured a piece of media produced by Revelation. The team were also responsible for event management pre event, liaison with all stakeholder partners & suppliers and the on-site event management on the day.

The ceremony was hosted by Dara O’Brien and each award was presented by the associate sponsor.

Once all the awards were given out the celebrations began and the post show party got underway.


Results

The CIPS Supply Management Awards Ceremony was a fantastic event and everyone involved were delighted with the results.

As part of the process of working with a client and ensuring they deliver a first class service, post-event Revelation ask all customers to fill in a feedback questionnaire. Redactive told Revelation that they’d had lots of comments from people saying what a good time they had.
