IIP

Investors in People (IIP) is the national Standard which sets out a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals. The Standard provides a national framework for improving business performance and competitiveness, through a planned approach to setting and communicating business objectives and developing people to meet these objectives. The result is - what people can and are motivated to do matches what the organisation needs them to do.
Revelation became an Investors in People Company in January 2006 and is committed to the IIP standard. We recognise that IIP provides a framework for standardising people development processes and continuous improvement. It provides a structured approach to training through linking training needs to business objectives. It develops internal communications and the morale of staff – improving motivational levels and staff retention.

Through the IIP programme, our staff understands how they contribute to achieving Revelation’s aims and goals and they feel recognised for their contribution. IIP helps Revelation enable individuals to achieve optimum performance and effectiveness – so enhancing service levels and productivity.
