Revelation sponsor very first Global Event Summit
Revelation are proud to be amongst the key sponsors of a new Global Summit being launched in the UK for international event organisers and venues. Promising a stunning line-up of speakers, the Global Event Summit will take place between 1st and 3rd September at the spectacular Grove venue on the outskirts of London.
The Interview led format of the Summit is a refreshing approach compared to other congresses and will ensure that key issues are addressed in a ‘hard talk' environment. The Summit will be chaired by global event organiser Stephen Brooks, Chairman of Mack Brooks Exhibitions. The keynote address is by Reed Exhibitions Chairman, Mike Rusbridge, and will focus on delivering an environment for M&A (mergers and acquisitions), international partnerships and geographical cloning activities.
Revelation will be supporting the Summit alongside Visit Britain and Visit London as well as international associations including the International Association of Exhibitions & Events (IAEE) in the States, the Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia (EEAA) in Australia and the International Exhibition Logistics Associates (IELA).
The man behind the Summit, Trevor Foley (former CEO of the Event Industry Alliance in the UK), says "it is being launched because ‘thinking global' is occupying the thoughts of more and more event organisers and venues and the significant numbers of UK based global players makes the UK a good location for the Summit".
With Revelation having recently expanded their operations with a new venture in the Middle East, Matt Sims, Managing Director of Revelation is acutely aware of the bigger global events picture.
